MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • 3-5 years' experience in joint level military joint fires
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Joint Fires Network experience
  • Previous JT&E experience within last five years
  • Experience with TTP/CONOPS development
  • Previous USINDOPACOM experience

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serves as Joint Fires (JF) Subject Matter Analyst (SMA) for a Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) project designed to develop and test Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP) to address Combatant Command process issues
  • Advises and assists the Project Manager (PM) in the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT&E Handbook and the JT&E contract award
  • Provides input to the development of the Test Article, facilitate Test Schedule execution, and participates in /collect data during test activities
  • Provides expertise in joint fires planning, multi-domain operations/planning, Target-Engage-Assess systems/processes, kill webs/chains, and joint warfighting doctrine
  • Interfaces and coordinates with governmental officials and military representatives to support the diversified command missions and activities associated with Resolute Hunter exercise
