Supports the FOD Operations Medical Center District Department by maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office equipment. Prepares and distributes presentations, reports, charts, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Prepares and distributes presentations, reports, charts, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Processes confidential and/or sensitive inquiries from customers, administrators, and staff. Processes purchase and travel requests. Tracks FOD Operations Medical Center District expenditures against budget allocations. Coordinates FOD Operations Medical Center District recognition events. Assists other FOD Operations areas when required. Represents FOD Operations on committees and in meetings. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Primarily works on first shift, but is subject to changes in shift, hours, days, and/or location as operations dictate. In accordance with the Disaster Preparedness and University State of Emergency Policy 6.17 this position has been designated as an essential position. Requires successful completion of a background check.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma. 1 year of relevant experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software programs such as Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sensitivity to customer relations; proficiency in researching, analyzing and interpreting information; demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple priorities and developing various reports from data sources.

Desired Qualifications:

Two to four years of administrative or operational experience; excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently and multi-task; ability to handle sensitive inquiries from customers and administrators; knowledge of accounting principles and budget/fiscal applications; knowledge of university policies, rules, and regulations.
