Summer 2025 Project Controls Internship

Keeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Controls Intern in St. Louis, MO for Summer 2025.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Assist in the setup of project cost and productivity tracking.
  • Assist in cost analysis on projects to identify potential issues to the project team.
  • Track cash flow of projects from billing to collection
  • Support Project Controls Manager or Leadership in projections based on earned value management.
  • Help maintain budgets for a project, including forecasting and recommending adjustments to the project budget.
  • Review coding of project costs to ensure proper data collection.
  • Help analyze Productivity reports and provide feedback to the project team.
  • Support processes and workflow between Operations and Accounting for streamlined communication.
  • Assist in analyzing equipment usage to evaluate utilization versus cost.
  • Review Owner contracts for risk analysis, provide feedback, and track comments and deliverables.
  • Track project change orders and contracts to ensure the contract data is accurate and up-to-date.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field from a 4-year accredited University.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Project Management applications a plus.
  • Experience in Scheduling applications is a plus.
  • Experience with a Construction ERP a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI a plus.
