The Automotive Sales Manager will drive overall market growth, expand contacts, and implement strategic growth initiatives within the automotive industry. This role requires a deep knowledge of automotive electronics and components and a proven track record in sales. What You'll Do



  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Drive overall market growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients in the automotive industry.
  • Expand contacts and build a robust network within the automotive electronics sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the automotive market.
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin optimization, and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBase) and advanced Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter, grasp new concepts quickly, adapt to changing environments, and contribute effectively to team goals.
