Position Details:The Grainger Sales Accelerator Program is designed to provide a broad learning experience for recent college graduates or early in career aspirants interested in developing into a Field Account Representative role in the outside sales organization. During the program, participants are exposed to an intentional set of learning experiences, including calling on our current customer base, expanding contacts at existing customer locations, aligning the right products and solutions to meet customer needs and demonstrate Grainger's value. Team members will have the opportunity to interact with multiple parts of the field sales organization, gain in-depth knowledge of the business, and develop relationships with leadership at every juncture. In addition, the role provides team members exposure and learning through others via our internal business organizational units such as Marketing, Merchandising, Sourcing, eComm, Inventory Management and Supplier Management. The Sales Accelerator position is remote during an ~6-month duration. Upon successful completion of the program, your Grainger career will continue in an outside field sales territory where you may be required to relocate for your placement. You Have:
