The Associate Quantitative Analytics and Forecasting Director is responsible for managing and maintaining the short-term and long-term demand forecasting process for all Exelixis US commercialized products; all forecast-related analyses; and the weekly commercial business performance tracking and reporting process; and other analyses that leverage secondary data including product and launch performance, digital and other promotion effectiveness, and resource allocation. The Associate Quantitative Analytics and Forecasting Director is expected to have strong understanding of critical business issues including product performance and drivers, lead work processes with some guidance / supervision, and collaborate extensively with partner groups within and outside of the Commercial Organization. This role is a crucial strategic thought partner to key internal stakeholders throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Education: *Bachelor's degree in related discipline and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or, *Master's degree in related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or,
Experience: *Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, claims, Xponent) is required
*Experience in prior forecasting or data analytics in biotech / pharmaceutical industry is required *Experience with patient flow modelling techniques is highly desirable *Experience with oncology and product launches is preferred *Prior consulting experience is preferred *Vendor management experience is a plus *Experience with Tableau is a plus Knowledge/Skills:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base pay range for this positionis $151,000 - $214,000 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors.
