This opportunity is in the Information Technology Department.

Role Description:

In the role of M365 Systems Engineer II, you will be part of a dynamic team that lives by Safety National's Core Values: Relationships, Integrity, Teamwork, Balance, and Stability. You will work closely with IT architects, End User Computing Team, Systems Operations Team and IT Security. Your work with each group will be collaborative managing the operations of each project and technology. Your contributions of designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 will be felt throughout Safety National.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a M365 Systems Engineer II will include being responsible for the design, implementation and support of Microsoft 365, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive and other associated technologies. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day operations of these technologies and assist with the changing needs as the company increases adoptions of M365. You may also be assigned various projects like, assisting with technology planning through ongoing research, perform technology needs analysis or creating and maintaining system and support documentation.

The ideal candidate is someone who has minimum of six years of working experience in the IT related field and five or more approved certifications within the job area. Some of the essentials skills required of you in this role are, excellent written, analytical problem solving and verbal communication skills, ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of six years of working experience in IT or related field.
  • Possess five or more approved certifications within job area.
  • Excellent Written, analytical, problem solving and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented and customer-focused

  • A minimum of three years within their job focus area

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
