Position Overview

The Senior Retention Marketing Specialist will be responsible for improving our customer retention rates by analyzing customer data to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of customer behavior. The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-oriented, with a strong background in marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the entire customer journey to identify opportunities for enhancing a loyalty-driven customer experience
  • Collaborate cr oss-functionally with marketing, sales and customer care teams to ensure a seamless c ustomer experience , including identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells
  • Support the development and implementation of retention strategies informed by consumer insights
  • Analyze customer behavior to gain a deeper understand ing of their needs and preferences , identify ing trends and opportunities
  • Work with other teams to manage online reputation, including trend monitoring, review response and escalati on of emerging brand threats
  • Partner with the content team to c ontribute to content creation, specifically communications targeted at current customers
  • Monitor campaigns and customer feedback to identify trends , providing actionable insights and recommendations across the organization
  • Assist in the development and execution of a referral program, including implementation and performance monitoring to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Partner with Customer Care teams to design and enhance customer response strateg ies , process es , and tools, improving customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, communications, or business field
  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing / Public Relations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must be self-motivated, have excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and be willing to work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of Google Business Profiles, Birdeye and social platforms such as Khoros and Talkwalker
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and tell stories that resonate with the appropriate audiences
  • Organizational skills to execute complex, cross-team campaigns
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated with strong work ethic and quality orientation
  • Understanding of marketing functions and technologies
  • Project management ski

Pay Ranges
$54,983.00 - $91,638.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
