About the Role

Impact you will make

The Insurance Discover for Payers product helps payers identify other insurance coverage responsibility for their members and claims. This allows health plans to accurately manage costs and denials, which also helps reduce payer-provider abrasion. As a key member of the high-growth Insurance Discover for Payers Operations team at FinThrive, you will drive operational excellence and efficiency, ensuring positive customer relationships and client product satisfaction. You will ensure customer / product issues are mitigated. Your efforts will directly contribute to optimizing payer processes, reducing costs, and enhancing service quality for our clients. By leveraging your expertise in operations, you will identify and implement innovative solutions that improve workflow and productivity. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation. Ultimately, your impact will be seen in the improved financial performance and customer satisfaction of our clients, solidifying FinThrive's position as a leader in the healthcare industry and payer market.

What you will do



  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and support, to drive a seamless customer experience
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify potential churn risks among clients through data analysis and customer feedback
  • Proactively address customer concerns and implement solutions to enhance customer retention
  • Troubleshoot customer issues via detailed analysis
  • Drive successful customer implementations



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with healthcare software companies
  • Advanced technical skills, specifically Excel & SQL
  • Travel required: minimal (few times per year)
