As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Arizona region, you will play a key role in promoting Rabo AgriFinance to farmers and producers in one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world. Your role on the team will be to acquire new and work with existing clients to meet their needs while also achieving the objectives of the region.

You and Your Job:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be successful as you develop meaningful relationships with your clients and prospects. Having a deep level of knowledge in the Arizona region and its various agricultural sectors will help you add value to client relationships while also assisting partners in the Arizona region.

Senior Relationship Managers are responsible for acquiring new customers while expanding or retaining existing customers. As a senior member of the team, you will also be asked to coach others in the support of meeting customer needs. It is the expectation is that the Senior Relationship Manager is the face of Rabo AgriFinance to the regional market while being comfortable introducing teammates to ensure a positive experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned portfolio focused on meeting the needs of the customer with profitable returns top of mind.
  • Represent Rabo AgriFinance at tradeshows and local ag events.
  • Target top farmers/producers in Arizona region identifying lending and other cross-sell opportunities.
  • Network with industry professionals to build COI relationships Represent RAF at industry events.

Your Promise to Us

To be considered for the VP - Senior Relationship Manager role, you must have:

  • Have completed a bachelor's degree and a minimum 10+ years of experience in lending or related services.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time regionally for client visits
  • Ability to relate and communicate effectively with external and internal clients.
  • Strong passion for agriculture.
  • Sound understanding of agriculture and lending.
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate, market, and sell Rabo AgriFinance products.
  • Ability to set goals, manage priorities and achieve objectives with minimal direction from others.
  • Candidates who fulfill this role will be expected to maintain the necessary Arizona state requirements for mortgage banking licensure.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
