Job Summary:

Performs in-depth analysis of complex financial data to advise senior business leaders on forecasting, budgeting, M&A activity, and financial modelling. Supports due diligence and valuation analysis, implementing process improvements and best practices to improve work products and efficiency. Reports on findings, and provides actionable insights to business leaders, driving key decision making for strategic planning.

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role


This position is only onsite, located in Peterborough, NH.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Develop, improve, and maintain financial models to forecast future revenue, expenses, and cash flow
  • Collaborate with department heads to create detailed annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Analyze financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and financial trends
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and other strategic projects
  • Support M&A activities through financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Provide financial input and analysis for long-term strategic planning and business case development
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial planning processes and tools
  • Implement best practices in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reports
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather necessary data and insights
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to non-financial stakeholders
  • Support business teams and senior leaders on various projects as assigned
