Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing clerical support and office management to the inpatient adult Behavioral Health Services
- Provide a communication hub for a working inpatient service, managing communication systems for the telephones, written documentation and the electronic medical record
- Manage office supplies, patient supplies and some clinical supplies
- Assist in coordinating clinical visitors for patient assessment and treatment processes
- Responsibility for coordinating the legal process and documentation of the Protective Custody process and Mental Health Court Hearings
Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED
- One year secretarial or office management experience
- Ability to work varied shifts and alternating weekends
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Electronic medical records software
