Position Title: Ski & Bag Valet Business Unit: Rentals Position Reports to: Rental & Retail Sr. Manager, Rental Assistant Manager, Rental Supervisor Location: Crystal Mountain Wage Range: $20.00 -$21.00 + Tips JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the safety, security & maintenance of all stored guest equipment. Keeps work area clear of snow and organized. Carefully stores and tags customer's equipment. Works together with Supervisor to complete the common service standards set by the manager. Responsible for learning all aspects of the storage process and learning all the products being sold and making product suggestions. Job Requirements: * Knowledgeable about the products offered * Point of sale proficiency * Maintains and waxes seasonal storage guest's gear * Maintains a clean and tidy work area * Works in unison with other departments * Handles customer issues, is responsible for storage NPS scores KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS * Binding certification test. (in-house testing) * Positive attitude with strong guest services and communication skills a must * Basic snowblower experience * POS operating systems PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS * This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation. * Able to lift, carry, move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis. * Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment. * Shoveling snow and keeping the sundeck clear of snow and ice * Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
