Summary:
The Federal Systems Integrator Lead will be responsible for interfacing with federal systems integrators to track Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) program business. This role will focus on establishing bi-directional communications within the FSI community, fostering collaboration on programs and accounts, and developing and implementing a robust Bid/No Bid program business process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal procurement, systems integration, and program management.

Bachelors Degree in related field
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in federal systems integration, procurement, or project management.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with federal agencies and systems integrators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Skills:
- Experience in developing bid/no bid processes and criteria for federal contracts.
- Familiarity with specific federal agencies and their unique systems integration needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Interfacing with Federal Systems Integrators: Establish and maintain strong relationships with federal systems integrators to facilitate effective communication regarding RFIs, RFPs, and program developments.
- Work with each Regional Sales Manager across TCT: Develop program capture plans for each territory
- RFI Tracking and Management: Monitor, track, and analyze RFIs and RFPs, ensuring timely responses and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Bi-Directional Communication: Create and implement processes for bi-directional communication among stakeholders within the FSI community, sharing insights and updates on programs, accounts, and market trends.
- Bid/No Bid Process Development: Design, develop, and implement a Bid/No Bid program business process that incorporates criteria for decision-making, risk assessment, and opportunity evaluation.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with business development, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and effective resource allocation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the federal systems integration space, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all processes and communications comply with federal regulations and organizational policies, assessing risks associated with bidding on federal contracts.
- Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of bid efforts and communication initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
