We are searching for Project Coordinator (Bus Prof) on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. The person will be working with customer with EV rebate, and electric vehicle rebates. The company also have a saver switch program and rebate incentives.The person will perform activities to ensure accurate and timely data entry of DSM rebate applications and fulfillment activities. Duties include pending work queues, application analysis, validation review, and data entry. Cross-trained on rebates and other activities to address program seasonality issues. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

Location: Minneapolis Minnesota 55401

Hybrid position.

The person might also use BlueBeam, a markup tool. The person be knowledgeable with PDF's, scanning and being able to use email, Team's, etc.

Responsibilities



  • Responsible for residential saver switch and AC Rewards, which is a smart thermostat program, which is their biggest volume of work orders
  • The person would also work indirectly through Salesforce and/or email, with the third-party vendor, Hunt Electric.
  • The team is also responsible for commercial saver switch work orders; this resource might do both, however, the responsibility would be supporting saver switch residential, commercial and AC rewards work orders.
  • The person is also responsible for ensuring that the customers are eligible for the program that they are signing up for (energy efficiency program or demand response program.)
  • Will ensure that the customer have the right equipment to participate and then making sure whether the dollars that they sending or the incentives that were paying are accurate.
  • Will be working from a shared queue within Salesforce so that the work is spread across the team, working from oldest to newest. There are several dashboards within Salesforce to track progress.
  • Will work collaboratively with their team in daily chats to ensure work is efficiently and effectively completed.



Requirements



  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience with rebates or customer service.


  • Previous experience working in a very high-volume shared queue environment.
  • Must have strong attention to detail as well as analytical skills; with entering information into SalesForce and other databases


  • Must have Salesforce, strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications, mainly Excel. There is a system called CRS that this resource will use. CRS houses customer information/data.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills in addition to strong communication skills.
  • Previous data entry experience. Strong organizational skills. Looking for candidates that have some experience working within a collaborative/cross functional team within a large corporate/professional environment.
