Specialist, Digital Merchandising - Wrangler

Job Summary

This role supports the Digital Merchandising team for the Wrangler E-Commerce business through development and execution of site merchandising & product management activities. This role plays an integral part in ensuring products are loaded to the site in a timely manner with accurate product information and imagery. Communication and organization skills are crucial to succeed in this role as it requires extensive coordination with internal and external partners. The ability to synthesize data & reports is important to manage on-site merchandising for conversion optimization, while balancing various product and brand priorities to support the overall digital strategy. This role requires curiosity and consistent evaluation of new opportunities to further refine site merchandising process and guide shoppers through the funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product assets for product detail & listing pages including coordination with photo studio and business merchandising teams, image sizing/re-naming and upload to data management system.
  • Manage of licensee product categories from end-to-end including product data collection, content coordination, size chart creation and upload to platform
  • Audit site daily to identify opportunities to align product presentation to marketing campaigns, adjust product sequencing, guided shopping links and ensure product information integrity
  • Partner with consumer relations team to assist in answering & directing product-related questions, adjust verbiage or imagery on site to accurately depict the product and funnel other requests to appropriate resources
  • Analyze various reports including on-site search, style selling and SEO keyword/landing pages to optimize product listing page merchandising and recommend taxonomy adjustments to drive conversion & revenue
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking audits regularly to stay abreast of best-in-class site or digital merchandising practices with the lens of adapting for the Wrangler consumer
  • Synthesize product reviews to evaluate opportunities for improvement in product detail page content to better guide shoppers and provide consumer product feedback to relevant groups
  • Participate in testing & implementing technical initiatives to propel forward-moving progress that support the e-commerce, merchandising and brand priorities

Requirements

  • E-commerce or Digital Marketing/Merchandising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel
  • Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms preferred
