This position can be in Dallas, TX
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Master's degree, Engineering degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics Engineering * Must know Electrical Engineering, Electrical Schematics, Wire Harness processes * Must have Aerospace and Defense practice, and Automotive can be considered * Experience with Electrical Schematics, ECAD 2D, 3D Wire Harness, 3DEXPERIENCE (or equivalent, CAPITAL, MENTOR, ZUKEN) software solutions * Development of processes, methodologies, and best practices for Electrical Systems Engineering solutions * Minimum of 4-5 years of experience is required * Knowledge in usage of collaborative platforms, product life cycle management, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, solutions or equivalent * Experience in Requirements Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and digital continuity from MBSE to Electrical Engineering is a plus * Services & consulting experience, structured way of working, motivation for consultancy, and quality awareness * Technical leadership in engagement with customers * Very good comprehensive technical understanding of customer expectations and objectives * Experience working within a project delivery lifecycle * For customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship will be considered for this role * Customer-oriented appearance and communication skills * Very good English Language skills in speaking and writing * Able to travel domestically and internationally Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $120,000 and $130,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
