Role Description & Responsibilities:
As part of the Marketing and Communications Team, your goal as a Digital Marketing Specialist will be to create the right content to support sales and business activities. Collaborate closely with the sales team and the marketing manager to strategize, plan, and execute digital marketing and communication campaigns aimed at achieving revenue and awareness objectives. Manage the full cycle of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, nurturing, paid media, website optimization, social media, SEO, webinars, and more, with a keen eye for graphic design to enhance campaign visuals. Act as a true business partner; establish a close collaboration with team members to define and deliver diverse, innovative local and regional digital marketing strategies. Leverage digital marketing tools and employ leading-edge data analytics to elevate your ability to target, identify, and attract the right audiences. Analyze and share campaign results throughout their duration and provide comprehensive post-mortem analysis, continuously optimizing and adjusting campaigns based on performance analysis. The total expected compensation range will be between $100,000 and $150,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
