Position Summary: The Associate Packaging Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization, as they are responsible for defining, documenting, and implementing packaging solutions in alignment with Nestle's packaging policy on quality, safety, and compliance. We are looking for someone who can bring their expertise to SAP packaging integration, operational improvement, and the implementation of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions that provide added value to our patients, consumers, and customers. In addition to these responsibilities, the Associate Packaging Specialist will also provide technical support, guidance, and expertise to Operators, Supervisors, and other functions as needed for packaging-related projects. This position requires a high level of responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, decision-making ability, leadership skills, and self-sufficiency. As an Associate Packaging Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build key relationships both internally and externally. Internally, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams. Externally, you will collaborate with packaging equipment and material suppliers, as well as engineering companies. Theapproximate payrange for this position is $65,000.00to $80,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
