About this role:

The Product Lead, Talent Acquisition Systems, is a critical member of the HR Strategy and Operations team and will focus on owning the delivery and maintenance of Gartner's recruiting technologies which includes partnering closely with our HRIS, HRIT, HR, Compliance and Legal teams to lead, prioritize and manage potential process enhancements.

This position reports to the Director, Recruiting Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Drive all stages of product creation including design, development and maintenance which includes new function buildout related to process and change
  • Become the process owner and expert through all new program and channel builds
  • Collaborate with HRIS/HRIT and external vendors to identify and understand best in class recruiting system (CRM, ATS, etc.) process configurations and to evaluate future recruiting technologies
  • Define the vision for the products assigned (Beamery, Interview Feedback in Workday, Rooster) which includes gathering feature requests, prioritizing enhancements, scheduling releases and coordinating on Sprints
  • Create product road maps aligned with business objectives
  • Become an expert in the Gartner Recruiting process, from the time a requisition is is opened to when the candidate starts
  • Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into Product Requirements
  • Communicate and manage change within Talent Acquisition; partner with leadership to build change plans that encompass training, communications, and manager engagement
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and recommend system or process enhancements
  • Escalate process or system issues to the appropriate business partner
  • Participate in or lead workstreams for other HR-led projects that impact recruiting process

What you will need:

  • 5+ years experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, and people analytics or a combination thereof
  • Demonstrated experience managing or auditing business process in a professional setting, ideally in a consultative environment Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management preferred
  • Technical background and knowledge that can be translated into the end user's experience
  • Demonstrated ability to own, manage and complete projects with high quality results.
  • Strong project management and organizational skillset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well standard reporting tools.
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; with the ability to communicate concepts concisely and simply to stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable individual is a necessity
  • Ability to collaborate with global partners

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
