More information can be found at: https://financialaid.ucsc.edu/index.html JOB SUMMARY Uses professional financial services concepts to complete transactional tasks. Applies organization policies and procedures to resolve problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires review of a variety of factors. Shares responsibility for the receipt and reconciliation of financial aid funds received from external agencies including state, federal, and private agencies, and for assisting with the accurate and timely delivery of funds to eligible students. Reconciles federal, state, and institutional funds and student award data between multiple databases including the campus financial and student systems as well as federal and state databases. The incumbent has primary responsibility for reconciling financial services transactions and student aid records, processing the return of funds to outside agencies, and processing deposits for scholarship checks.
