Retail Attendant - Aurora Market Loews Hotels & Co is a leading owner and operator of luxury hotels with a portfolio consisting of 26 hotels and resorts in the United States and Canada. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Coffee House Experience preferred, but not required. Basic English language communications required. Excellent customer service skills. Basic computer skills. Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures. Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required. Monitors guests at all times, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
