MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • 5+ years' of experience managing and coordinating project review meetings with stakeholders and recording outcomes from meetings
  • Experience with Mission Sustainment, Encroachment Mitigation, and/or Clean/Renewable Energy projects
  • Experience with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) system for performing review of renewable energy systems impacts to aviation operations
  • Experience managing and tracking the status of pending DoD taskers
  • Ability to implement new processes and procedures
  • Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Active Secret Clearance


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Experience supporting the DoD or OUSD
  • Experience supporting the development of military guidance documents

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Establish and implement workflow processes and structure for Department of Defense mission sustainment activities
  • Provide analytical recommendations to the DoD customer
  • Manage and coordinate project review meetings with stakeholders and record outcomes from meetings
  • Manage and track the status of pending DoD taskers
  • Coordinate with outside organizations and private entities as needed
  • Prepare and report on metrics, action reports, and reconciliation of pending or overdue actions
  • Other duties as assigned
