Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $110,000 - $180,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

About the Job:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for executing product strategy through cross-functional leadership and serving as a Product Owner within our Agile Scrum development teams. We are looking for experienced Product Managers with Platform Infrastructure, risk & compliance, insights and a product innovation background. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product delivery, ensuring cross-functional organizational alignment.

Responsibilities:



  • Contribute to defining product strategy and roadmap development that maintains OneStream's competitive advantage against Corporate Performance Management (CPM) peer vendors.
  • Provide cross-functional alignment to Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Product Management teams so that together we deliver software features that consistently exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide product guidance to Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Customer Support teams.
  • Daily orchestration of Scrum teams to drive efficient, high velocity production of features. Provide product ownership during Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Review ceremonies.
  • Dedicated focus on quality to meet our 100% customer reference goal.
  • Continuous hands-on learning of OneStream's comprehensive, unified CPM platform as you strive to become a product expert.
  • Maintain close relationships with Business Partners, Customers, and Customer-facing OneStream employees so that you can align customer use cases to stakeholder product requirements.
  • Work with the Group Product Manager to distill complex feature requirements into clear and concise feature requirements and efficient Scrum stories.
  • Provide professional support to fellow OneStream employees that contributes to our focus on teamwork and customer success.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs that represent best practice implementation of newly produced innovation.
  • Coordinate Business Analyst resources to effectively prepare stories that enable high velocity, quality development output.
  • Mentor junior team members in areas of expertise of the OneStream product.


Qualities of a Successful Candidate:

Formal Education and Certification:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or similar.


Knowledge and Experience:



  • 10+ years of experience that includes Product Management for SaaS Infrastructure and Environment insights,
  • solutions delivery, business analysis, training and documentation management.
  • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS, Authentication, Data integration, Telemetry and Compliance.
  • 5+ years' hands-on technical experience with lifecycle management use cases for CPM applications including
  • changes to:


o SaaS environments

o Data transformation rules & integration

o Platform deployment o Environment management and insights (Telemetry)

o Cube & model structure / metadata design



  • Business analysis skills related to interviewing stakeholders, detailing requirements, seeing a feature through and enablement skills such as feature documentation.
  • Experience working in an Agile development process.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented languages such as Java and C++
  • Experience with driving collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with CPM applications such as:

    • o OneStream
    • o Oracle DRM, DRG, OEMM
    • o SAP MDM, MDG


  • Other CPM, ERP, and EDM solutions.


Preferred Experience:



  • Experience in building enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Office 365, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience with Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart or any other flow chart software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting terms and systems.
  • Product Manager Certification (PMC) a plus, experience with CPM applications a plus.
  • CPA or related finance, including Big 4, experience a plus.

  • Ability to achieve all expected deliverables on time and with a high level of quality with little supervision.
  • Strong user of Microsoft tools such as Excel and Visio with exposure to SQL Server and VB.NET or similar.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, public speaking, and written communication skills.
  • Foundational understanding of Commercial Software Lifecycle.
