Description

* Maintains all inventory records, files and reports.
* Responsible for overseeing/assisting in the maintenance and trouble-shooting of the inventory control system, as well as assisting in the training of Team Members on systems as necessary.
* Maintains the inventory system on a daily basis with weekly cycle count and monthly inventories which may require some weekend day shifts.
* Responsible for all physical inventory counts on a weekly/monthly basis and enters the counts into inventory control system in a timely fashion Responsible for all requisition invoice matching and processing.
* Assists in maintaining the inventory requisitions.
* Track all inventory returns and credit memo reconciliation.
* Reviews the accuracy of the monthly journal entries and posts the entries into the general ledger system. Reconciles all general ledger accounts related to Inventory Control.
* Investigates all inventory variances and reports all variances to the head of the appropriate department.
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity and continuous improvement of all databases, spreadsheets and reports
* Responsible for overseeing/assisting in the data entry of incoming deliveries to include, but not be limited to, food and beverage, retail and any other items incorporated into the inventory control system in a timely fashion in accordance with company internal controls.
* Maintains and implements new procedures for proper control and loss prevention of inventoried items.
* Works as a liaison between Accounting and Warehouse/Receiving Operations to insure that internal controls are adequate and maintain the accuracy of reporting in a timely fashion in accordance with company internal controls.
* Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations
* Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
* Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
* Regular attendance as scheduled for work is required.
* Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
* Other duties may be assigned at any time.
