Summary of Role: The Director of Launch Excellence has the unique opportunity to impact the lives of patients all around the world. S/he will be responsible for leading an innovative commercial market approach to establish launch excellence across the organization and lead the launch of new products from late phase 2/early phase three trials. S/he will need to collaborate cross functionally, across the entire organization as well as within the Commercial organization. Strong strategic and analytical skills are a required skill set and will be responsible be necessary to achieve the Commercial organizations strategic and financial goals as well as developing short and long-term plans in support of the corporate objectives and to meet the needs of our key stakeholders and customers. The leader will be required to maximize the business potential of each new product by ensuring appropriate commercial planning and execution efforts. This role will be responsible for partnering with leaders across the organization to develop and execute the launch strategy, launch execution plan and launch KPIs to effectively manage launches across all interfacing workstreams. This position requires strong in-line leadership as well as the ability to influence and engage across the organization (e.g., Market Access, Regulatory, Contracting, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, International, Medical, Business Development, etc.). S/he will be an ambassador for instilling our cultural values and influential in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent to deliver better patient outcomes. It will also be the responsibility of this position to execute continued efforts towards enterprise resource planning to ensure long term sustainability of the business and improve our employee experience and productivity.
