Requisition ID# 159850 Job Category: Project / Program Management Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Information Technology Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Department Overview The Cybersecurity Organization helps protect PG&E's people, digital assets, and data from malicious actors by assessing cybersecurity risk across the enterprise, building and administering protective digital controls, and monitoring and responding to cybersecurity events and incidents Position Summary The Principal Program Manager will be responsible to leverage PG&E's Lean Performance Playbook to organize and operate a lean operating command center leveraging visual management and metrics to highlight cybersecurity risk across the business and drive risk reduction activities. This program is known as the CyberFit program. The position will report to the Vice President of Cybersecurity at PG&E. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership skills and preferably a background in Lean Management. The successful candidate will be looked upon not only to execute the command center, but also to provide thought leadership in what KPIs and KRIs to focus on and drive performance in based on the need. This position will need to lead through influence. This role is hybrid, working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office 1-2 days per week currently. Occasionally, your presence to other Bay Area locations may be required. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $140,000 Bay Area Maximum: $238,000 Job Responsibilities
