Salary for Announcement The salary rate for this position is $21/hr. The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The Student Success Coach reports to the Program Director of Pathways to Possible and serves as the main point of contact for students as a part of the Pathways to Possible program. The Success Coach will counsel, motivate, and use best-practices grounded in current retention theories for intrusive advising, academic support, and program management. The Success Coach will work with program participants throughout the student cycle (i.e. admission through graduation) by overseeing systems and processes to address student success and retention. The Success Coach will collaborate withMSUDenver Admissions Office, Office of Financial Aid, Academic Advising and other internal offices to ensure a successful transition and connection to the university.
