Description Position at Old Republic Risk Management Job Description: Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM) is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Analyst to join our Underwriting Support Team at our Brookfield, WI headquarters. Key Responsibilities: As an Insurance Analyst at ORRM, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, and implementing a variety of insurance policy forms, provisions, endorsements, and related documents, while actively participating in the product development process with both internal and external customers. You will monitor, review, research, and evaluate insurance-related statutes, regulations, and Insurance Department communications to ensure regulatory compliance by initiating and completing necessary changes. In this role, you will also stay informed about rate, rule, and form changes from organizations such as the Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), and other state bureaus, evaluating their impact on the company's proprietary products and implementing necessary updates. Additionally, you will oversee rate, rule, and forms-related issues for the Company's proprietary Excess Workers' Compensation Program, ensuring that any necessary changes are promptly addressed. Furthermore, you will monitor developments in state automobile identification cards, state and federal motor carrier proof of insurance issues, and Acord publications. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and communicating this information, coordinating updates to user electronic reference manuals, and ensuring that all specifications are current and accurate. Qualifications: This position requires a related Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Schedule: This position is office-based, Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. WHY OLD REPUBLIC RISK MANAGEMENT?
