Note: This position requires willingness to work a variable schedule which could include hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening, depending on current business needs. As an Area Leader, you will manage the daily operations of a team of 15 to 30+ Service Valets across 20 to 30+ apartment communities, ensuring effective waste and recycling collection and promoting a culture of excellence and safety. This role combines in-field supervision with administrative tasks performed from a home office. Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 Bonus: Target bonus is 10% of annual salary (divided and paid out quarterly) Company Vehicle Provided Work Environment: You will primarily work in-field at community properties with some duties performed remotely from a home office Schedule: This position requires willingness to work a variable schedule which could include hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening, depending on current business needs.
