An job outside greeting guests Have you ever been stopped in the grocery store with someone asking where the soup is, and you walked them to the aisle ....but you don't work there? Perhaps you should get paid for your naturally helpful nature! Village ambassadors are one of the first impressions for our guests and so we're looking for folks who like to smile and say "Hello! ". An ambassador may eagerly await the busses to pull up so they can find someone who needs some direction, or they may hang out with the parking crew to answer questions so that the parking crew can continue parking cars. A village ambassador may also find themselves wandering the village looking for rope lines that need tidying up or a parent in need of extra hands. Ambassadors also need to be "in the know" about all of Schweitzer. They need to be ready to answer important questions like "what time are the fireworks" or "when does registration end for racing"? They are the employee that turns up when a guest needs someone handy to walk them to their destination. This team of people work strategic hours, so there are not a whole lot of hours to be had. This is the perfect job for someone who really wants to be part of the Schweitzer team by working a half day, then wants to ski the rest. When not working, Village Ambassadors get to enjoy all that Schweitzer has to offer. Go skiing, try some tubing, or have lunch with your employee discount.
