Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Finance Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to another leader within the finance organization and is responsible for designated finance activities that are relatively broad in scope. Designated finance activities may include, but are not limited to, various areas of financial accounting and reporting and/or financial planning and analysis. This position covers scope of activities that are considered financially significant to the company, using criteria similar to that used to determined financial significance for Sarbanes-Oxley purposes, which may include multiple sites, a single site, or a major portion of a business group. This position also works across business groups in various areas. This position may also participate in due diligence and post acquisition activities for the group or for other groups.
