Account Executive II - Fine Art Insurance Huntington T. Block (HTB) Insurance Agency, Inc., business group within Aon Affinity is the oldest and largest managing general underwriter of Fine Art Insurance in the United States. The Account Executive II is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and in office two to three days a week at our New York City office. What the day will look like The Account Executive II will be responsible for the day-to-day, account management of HTB's relationships with assigned clients, with proficiency, from both a coverage and process standpoint. Retaining and growing the assigned book of business will be essential elements for this position. This position includes risk review and analysis of both renewal and new business submissions gathering data in accordance with established HTB underwriting guidelines as well as the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients, prospects and both internal and external underwriters, etc. Accountable for accurate risk assessment and documentation and executing sound decisions/recommendations while deploying clear communication both internally and externally. Acts as a trusted risk advisor charged with the responsibility of providing professional advice in order to help the client make better insurance-related decisions.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $130,000 to $172,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
