Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Success, the Student Success Technical Specialist contributes to the overall success of University retention and persistence. The position is responsible for developing, managing, and providing project support for strategic student success initiatives and centralized services in support of the student experience. The position provides project management and operational leadership and informs university direction regarding the utilization of EAB Navigate software and data analytics. They will work collaboratively with campus partners to ensure that processes, communications, and operational workflows are clear, consistent, and timely within the Navigate student success platform. Salary:$58,500-$62,000 Annually Essential Functions:
