We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

In partnership with the digital team, develops and implements all aspects of Mosaic's digital marketing strategy. Plans and executes social media, email marketing, website and search engine optimization (SEO) marketing activities. Uses analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make strategic decisions.

What you'll do in this role:



  • Develop and implement Mosaic's digital strategy in coordination with the marketing and communications team to increase brand awareness and deepen brand loyalty across effective digital platforms.
  • Strategize and execute email marketing activities for multiple audience segments. Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM laws.
  • Administer and manage brand websites. Maintain existing web pages and build additional pages as needed. Align website content with SEO strategy
  • Manage Mosaic's national social media presence. Achieve marketing goals with strategic posts and ads. Monitor and respond to comments and reactions.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper brand voice, strategy and activity goals for local social media channels. Provide Facebook training to staff as needed.
  • Strategize and execute SEO and Google Ads campaigns to meet organizational goals
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to produce and interpret data analytics reports for cross-functional teams to measure campaign effectiveness and make strategic decisions

Requirements

Ideally, you have:




  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of digital marketing or corporate communications experience is required.
