Your Role With Us:As a Cardiac Device Technician, you will assess the patient clinically for device and rhythm issues including taking patient vital signs as needed. Additional training in the device clinic with supervisor and device company representatives over 6-12 months.Minimum 2 years' of cardiology experience in a clinic and/or hospital setting, or as a device industry required, 3+ years preferred.EKG and rhythm monitoring & interpreting experience preferred.Knowledge and training of implantable cardiac pacemaker and ICD devices preferred. Experience with ambulatory arrhythmia monitoring technologies and other standard cardiac testing & monitoring systems preferred.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
