As a Master Planner/Principal Program Scheduler, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques. You will develop and maintains metrics for program execution and EVM compliance. You will manage the performance of multiple cross functional teams led by program managers within the Business Unit (BU) through developing program plans to optimize performance and ensure programs meet internal and contractual requirements. You will be a part of a world-class Engineering Team for our Microelectronics Division, a leading provider of dense, rugged, secure microelectronics solutions for next generation defense applications. You will be a part of our Signal Solutions Business Unit where we design, develop, and produce the next generation RF/Microwave and mixed signal components, IMA's, modules and subsystems. Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $95,200 - $199,900 for a Principal / Manager at Oxnard CA USA The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
