The Manager of Operations will oversee operations at their assigned locations. This position will be responsible for planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs, projects, or operations, for the areas of responsibility. Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, area of clinical expertise, or another related field.
• 2 years' experience in area of responsibility or hospital system preferred.
• Knowledgeable of current national healthcare policies and trends in political environment.
• Knowledge of leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts.
• Skill in effective verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
