Job Description: We are looking for an experienced mask data prep engineer who enjoys working in a small team environment. Service includes, working closely with Microchip teams such as Design, CAD, Photolithography, and Technology Development, to provided Mask Rule Checks (MRC), layer derivation and sizing algorithms, and developing and maintaining Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) models and verification. In this role, you are responsible for developing advanced technology node OPC models and recipes used in Microchip's internal wafer fabs. Provide training to MCHP Mask Data Prep team on the proper use of the Calibre based OPC flow and scripts. Requirements/Qualifications: Key job responsibilities/duties include.
