Position Description:
The Dedicated Well-being Program Coordinator will be an integral part of a collaborative team, working closely with client contacts, the Well-being Program Manager, and the Account team.
The Dedicated Well-being Program Coordinator will work remotely in the greater Chicago area and travel to ITW's corporate headquarters as needed for face-to-face client meetings. They will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Wellness Champion Network, developing wellness resources, and traveling to client locations around the US to promote their wellness program.
This individual must be creative and have strong communication skills. The Dedicated Well-being Program Coordinator must also be an engaging dynamic presenter and must be willing to travel 40-50% of the time; ~25% travel in the Chicago-land area and ~15-25% out-of-state travel. Experience working with a volunteer Wellness Champion network is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a background in health promotion, exercise physiology, and/or nutrition.
