What you'll do

You will be a hands-on leader driving analytics for Docusign's partner ecosystem marketing to create an omni-channel, friction-free, flywheel to serve our customers. As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will use data to scale marketing reporting, investments and growth. You will work closely with the Global Partner Marketing team, Alliance team, fellow analysts, data scientists, partner marketing managers and other cross-functional collaborators to understand the end-to-end partner journey related to various experiences. You will then use this knowledge to analyze performance, identify and size opportunities for growth and improved partner experiences across channels and experiences.

You will excel as a trusted advisor, creative thinker, and exceptional problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to structure and navigate complex problems and processes. You can simultaneously think strategically and take a hands-on approach to deep dive into our data to deliver high level or detailed well-structured models and analysis depending on the business need. You will succeed by combining analytical insight, technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate and influence your key partners and cross-functional teams.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Install Analytics

Responsibility

  • Develop a deep understanding of levers Partner Marketing uses to drive pipeline and revenue. Then set up the right tracking and reporting infrastructure for partner marketing to manage and optimize these levers
  • Define clearly and help automate the tracking of marketing activities that contribute to revenue
  • Create ROI model to best use MDF and understand impact
  • Help develop pipeline targets that feeds into revenue target
  • Tap into deal reg data to understand marketing impact
  • Articulate marketing's contribution to sourced, fulfilled and influenced revenue driven by Reseller, ISV and SI partners
  • Use data to shape marketing roadmap, quantify new opportunities, and ensure what we are doing brings value to our customers and Docusign
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis from massive amounts of data to extract useful business insights and provide recommendations
  • Design and build intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions
  • Apply business acumen and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches to identify areas of opportunity, size potential impact, forecasting, and measure success of marketing efforts through goal setting to understand trends

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, CS, or related) with 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, consulting, or Advanced Degree in a quantitative field with 3 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of SQL skills with excellent hands-on exposure to creating complex queries across multiple database schemas
  • Experience in at least one programming language (eg. R, Python, Scala/Spark or Perl etc)
  • Experience in applied statistics skills, such as statistical testing, regression modeling, etc
  • 2+ years hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation with history of arriving at conclusive results
  • 2+ years of experience creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent
  • Experience communicating and presenting complex data analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Domain experience in either Marketing Analytics or Product Analytics

Preferred

  • MBA or Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, CS or related field
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical testing such as A/B, multivariate, and Bayesian testing
  • Comfortable with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your analytical skills to collaborate with the rest of the cross functional teams to build solutions
  • Experience in data analytics for Partner Marketing organization at a Saas company

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $122,300 - $190,650 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
