What you'll do

Our Product Engineering team builds and operates complex solutions for global business challenges that cross cultures and legal jurisdictions and impacts millions of people and businesses every day. We hire people with a broad set of skills who want to work on creating never-been-done-before solutions at scale while ensuring extraordinary reliability and security. Our Agreement Cloud is a revolutionary solution that changes the way people live, work, and come to agreement.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications.

Responsibility

  • Design and develop architecture that allows multiple systems to work together seamlessly using AWS and iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • Define a reusable and loosely coupled architecture using deep understanding of Microservice Architecture/Service Oriented Architecture
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend architecture to improve efficiency and functionality
  • Create design patterns using AWS service (e.g., SQS, SNS, Redis) in combination with iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • Improve the performance of the APIs in terms of response time, reliability, and resource usage
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues with APIs, identify the source of the issue, and work with the appropriate team to get the issue fixed
  • Be actively involved with the design and strategies of integration architecture and "best practice" patterns
  • Construct integration features and functions with minimal supervision
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies and methodologies
  • Work with various teams to ensure proper implementation of integration solutions

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience with iPaaS implementation like MuleSoft, OIC or AWS
  • Professional Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, OCI)
  • 8+ years of experience with RESTful Web Services APIs, XML, and JSON
  • 8+ years of experience with any Object oriented Programming Languages (Java, C#, Python)
  • Experience in data architecture, design, and data modeling, integration architecture and the design pattern

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of AWS services
  • AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification
  • Working knowledge of or certification in iPaaS
  • Experience with Agile and BDD/TDD development cycles
  • Experience working in a "Zero Trust" Regulatory, compliance environment
  • Experience with SaaS Applications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Zuora, Workday, Snowflake)
  • Familiarity with Data Integration patterns (e.g., Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, Streaming)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps Lifecycle, including Telemetry like Datadog
  • Strong teammate but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and scale quickly in a fast-paced environment

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $151,800 - $245,150 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
