Art Supervisor Sony Bend Studio, renowned creator ofDays Gone, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, and Syphon Filter, is seeking outstanding talent to join our passionate and creative family in crafting our next high-profile AAA console title. We are looking for an Art Department Supervisor to partner with the Art Directors, Art Leads, and other department managers to accommodate staffing needs, recruiting, individual performance, mentoring, and career growth and planning. In this role you will help to mentor, retain, and develop some of the top artistic talent in the industry. You'll also play an important role in creating and maintaining a vibrant and innovative creative culture, and in helping guide the Art team on a path of continual growth and development.
