Training Grant Coordinator - RI HR & OTA
Overview The Training Grant Coordinator will support the Office of Trainee Affairs (OTA) and Human Resources (HR) and center-specific program coordinators as applicable in administering and coordinating training grants within the Abigail Wexner Research Institute (AWRI). This individual will be responsible for full life cycle support of training grant awards to NCH including pre- and post-submission activities. In addition, they will ensure compensation and benefits are appropriately set up within the HR System for training grant recipients. The individual will also develop and provide training grant education to principal investigators (PIs) on training grant requirements and to award recipients regarding the HR implications for accepting the award, as applicable. Creates and manages effective systems and processes to track and report training grant specific metrics including, but not limited to;
