Overview The BH Crisis Services Clinician for the Outpatient Crisis Program is responsible for the provision of clinical assessment, behavioral health treatment and intervention, case management/care coordination and crisis intervention of children, adolescents and their families, who are experiencing a psychiatric/behavioral health crisis. The goal for service is to evaluate appropriate level of care and maintain safety. The Crisis Services Clinician II practices under an independent license. This individual is responsible to utilize individual, group and family clinical modalities and case management/care coordination strategies within expected practice standards and as informed by the professional literature. The Crisis Services Clinician II will possess the skills to provide interventions in a flexible and adaptive manner, with strong critical thinking skills. This individual will provide culturally appropriate trauma-informed interactions and interventions in an outpatient setting. Remains current in required licensure and clinical or other trainings as required. Satisfactory progress toward independent licensure is expected.
