Faculty Position - Adverse Childhood Experiences and Social Justice

The mission of the center is to accelerate child health and well-being through research in and across clinical care, policy, and community interventions. About the Position:

Seeking Principal Investigator at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level on tenure or research track.
• The optimal candidate would have, as their primary research interest, the study of health and well-being in children and young adults who have experienced personal or parental involvement with the criminal justice or child welfare sectors.
• The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with an innovative team of clinician and health services researchers using NCH's rich internal data systems.
• They will also have the opportunity to partner with the Center for Family Safety and Healing, an NCH affiliate organization that addresses all aspects of family violence, including child abuse and neglect, teen dating abuse, domestic violence and elder abuse.

Qualifications Required:

• PhD or MD in Health Services Research, Sociology, or related field.
• Strong track record of publishing in high quality journals
• Current K level or R level federal funding preferred
