Overview Project Coordinator - Healthy Homes The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the organization and oversight of Healthy Homes projects that are assigned to them by the Executive Director. This role assists in the coordination of home repair programs in Linden and on the South Side as well as providing support on development projects, and/or any other duties related to the overall housing initiative that either the Executive Director or the Board of Directors deems necessary. Responsibilities * Assists in the coordination of 25-40 home repair projects per year, including: creating and distributing promotional materials, reviewing applications and selecting participants in accordance with guidelines, work with Contractors to develop individual scopes of work, and handle community requests, inquiries and complaints. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, real estate, urban planning, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of professional experience in non-profit housing, real estate or construction management are preferred. Need help finding the right job?
