Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS - Austin, TX

Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS Minimum Requirements:

Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License (RPLS).
10+ years' experience in Surveying Industry.
5 years of management experience as an RPLS in Texas with excellent communication skills.
5 years of experience in boundary surveys and surveys for design in the State of Texas.
Effective communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate with project managers, survey crews and survey technicians.
Ability to work autonomously and mentor Survey Technicians and junior RPLS staff.
Ability to prioritize and oversee projects including developing scope of work, schedule and fee.
Provides ongoing support for business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals and shows as the project manager on project organizational charts.
Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS Preferred Requirements:

Experience in Land Development and/or TXDOT projects and procedures.
Strong understanding of the Austin and overall Texas market.
Technical proficiency with Trimble Business Center and familiarity with MicroStation or Civil 3D.
Active in professional organizations, professional development and mentoring of staff and maintains a network of relationships within the survey profession.
