Senior Federal Market Advisor- San Antonio, TX

Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Federal Market Advisor. The Federal Market Advisor will provide guidance, strategy, and direction in the Federal Market. Build on existing and create new relationships with federal clients, private clients, consulting firms, contractors, and professional organizations to increase Halff's footprint in the federal market. Provide direction, knowledge, advice, and technical expertise to Federal design teams on significant projects at a principal level and improve cradle to grave project lifecycle. Coordinate with Practice Leaders and Operation Managers to provide a quality deliverable to Federal clients and actively streamline the quality management process for efficiency and effectiveness. Support Federal pursuits by working with other Federal practice leaders to identify targets, firms to team with, feedback on pursuits and help with the project approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar studies is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Federal Market project delivery.
Robust communication, written and verbal, skills.
Proven business development experience.
Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality.
