Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Entry-Level Recruiting team to lead the recruiting efforts in our Houston office and provide support to the firm-wide legal recruiting team in all aspects of entry-level recruiting. The manager is responsible for assisting all aspects of the entry-level non-partner lawyer recruiting functions and works closely with the Hiring Committee, diversity, equity, and inclusion professionals, and other internal constituents to support broader firm projects related to the recruiting, development, and retention of legal talent. The manager will assist in the development of strategic direction and implementation for lawyer recruiting at the local office level, while executing firmwide initiatives and strategy. This position will build strategic relationships with career services personnel and key law student groups in the region. The manager is also responsible for providing support to successfully grow the firm through proactive entry-level recruiting efforts in a manner consistent with the firm's strategic goals. The position is based in our Houston, Texas office. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evening and weekends, will be required during peak recruiting seasons.
